Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to questions and problems
- Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues
- Install computer hardware/software on workstations
- Setup and deploy network printers and user workstations
- Detail oriented
- Follow basic problem-solving process
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Working knowledge of PC and Mac Hardware and Software
- Writing and Editing Skills to update technical documentation
- Experience in Data Networks, phone systems and cabling tools
- Experience with operating systems Microsoft Windows, Mac/Apple, iPhone, iPad and Cisco Systems
- Experience with software Microsoft Office, PDQ, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell and basic scripting
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area, or equivalent work experience required
- Fluency in computers and Microsoft systems
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in computer hardware support
- Experience working with outside technical resources
- Experience training others in a formal setting
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Ability to regularly sit for extended periods of time
- Physically able to participate in meetings, training, and presentations.
- Perform repetitive motion type tasks
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds.
