Job Summary:                                                       

The Home Delivery eCommerce Manager works closely with the MyVetStoreOnline, Bluesky, JAT Pharmacy and Midwest Veterinary Supply teams to ensure that the MyVetStoreOnline platform remains cost-effective while meeting the needs of our veterinarian customers and their clients. This position is responsible for managing the internal and external technical staff, resources and relationships associated with the MyVetStoreOnline program.   Maintain existing website functionality while collaboratively planning and building enhancements to the platform. Keep management, staff and clinics apprised of new developments as they are planned and released. Must be comfortable with video and audio virtual participation and utilizing excellent communication skills. 

Essential Job Functions:                            

• Serve as the owner of the technical components and a conduit to the owners of the business aspects of the Business to Consumer (B2B2C) website (MyVetStoreOnline) and future digital products. Establish and/or develop a five-year plan for JAT Pharmacy’s overall eCommerce strategy in conjunction with the Midwest IT strategy.
• Evaluate, plan, and execute operational processes to streamline e-commerce technical and operational practices to achieve reductions in business expenses. Own the digital product roadmap, leveraging data, clinic and end-user customer research, and business insights to identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve the overall experience.
• Own the website experience and develop a roadmap that improves the onsite experience and supports business priorities. Leverage the agile methodology to craft epics and user stories suitable for development teams and stakeholders to leverage. 
• Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders including leadership, operations, marketing, and sales teams to understand business needs and ensure the digital strategy aligns with organization goals. Develops a process to communicate updates to all stakeholders. 
• Develop and manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations, daily operations, and financial oversight. Facilitate and mentor individual team-members in growth-oriented plans and activities based on their individual job requirements and skill sets.
• Work closely with internal and external cross-functional development and engineering teams to create requirements for new product features, manage the development pipeline, and deploy new features on schedule. Attends and actively participates in eCommerce status meetings that cover all eCommerce strategic and tactical needs.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for digital products and the website; leverage performance insights to inform the optimization roadmap. Own A/B testing for the website and digital products to improve conversion rates and increase revenue.
• Champion a best-in-class digital experience modeled on technology innovators in the animal health space while understanding the in-office animal health experience.
• Monitor industry trends, conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking, and leverage patient research to identify opportunities for future growth. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Home Delivery eCommerce Manager supervises the HCL software developers and HCL QA specialists on staff with JAT Pharmacy, LLC.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent work experience. 
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred. 
• Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
• Experience planning and managing project work hours and budgeting
• Competency comprehending written contracts and agreements
• Understanding of software licensing
• Comprehension of end-to-end software system testing and implementation
• 10 years of experience in digital product management or related space, focusing on consumer products and experiences; experience should include website oversight. 
• Animal health experience is preferred; General retail, grocery, hospitality, or financial services is a plus.
• Product development experience-can conceptualize a strong roadmap and work effectively with development teams to launch products. 
• Ability to drive performance improvements through optimization and A/B testing, revenue focused.
• High level of technical acumen and ability to balance technical feasibility and business outcomes. 
• Analytical skills – can define KPIs and leverage insights to drive decision making experience with web analytics and measures of digital patient satisfaction.

Equipment Used:

Company issued Laptop, requiring personal home high speed internet access. Personal cell phone for direct communication required.

Work Environment:

This position is remote. Work will typically be performed Monday through Friday. Working more than 40 hours per workweek may be required. (This is a remote position for AL, FL, IL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, PA, SC, TX, WI, CA, GA, LA, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, TN, VA)
