Priorities and Desired Results:
· Perform administrative assignments to advance the goals of the executive office
· Represent the company and executive office in a professional and confidential manner
· Manage multiple areas of responsibility on an on-going basis
· Coordinate the efforts between the executive office and other departments
Success Measurements:
· Drive initiatives and manage projects to completion
· Respond timely and efficiently on behalf of the company and executive office using discretion and judgment
· Identify and determine objectives, priorities and workflow
· Determine and cultivate internal resources
Typical Duties:
· Schedule meetings and maintain calendar
· Communicate effectively with internal and external associates
· Receive, read and analyze incoming email to determine the priority and respond accordingly
· Prepare agendas, reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents
· Manage events and reservations for professional and personal functions
· Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
· Manage documents, identify and recommend ways to improve processes
· Coordinate the financial accounting for charitable foundation and related investment businesses
· Assist with event planning and corporate record keeping and documentation for charitable foundation
Required Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in similar role
· Advanced business writing skills and computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
· Strong organizational skills, highly dependable, and efficient
· Possess superior attention to detail and follow-through
· Ability to work under pressure
· Excellent time management skills
· Professional written and verbal communication skills
· Capable of handling sensitive information and exhibiting superior judgement
Education and or Certification(s):
· College Degree and 3 years of experience supporting an executive
