  • Developer in the Wilmington, DE area is looking for a Project Manager for a project in Newark DE full-time role over the next one year. A background in hotels apartment and student housing ground construction is ideal but not required.

Contacts with local pool of subcontractors, is plus. This is a student housing project starting in spring next year, ground construction around 50 units, hotel renovation starting spring 2024

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and working with contractors, managing projects through development, including due diligence and permitting.
  • Manage and lead all aspects of development activities, including site origination and control, schedules, permitting, due diligence, scope of project, resources and budgets.
  • Manage consultants and external vendors project contracts and work product.
  • Manage project development budget and milestones to achieve on time and at or under cost.

The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, leadership abilities, a focus on detail, and effective problem-solving skills. Please email resume for consideration.
