Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist

Mighty Auto Parts is seeking a friendly, highly motivated Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist to be a lead point of contact for our fast-paced, rapidly growing business. This is an important position. It requires great attention to detail and phone skills. This is not a "call center" environment. You will have a nice office of your own and the opportunity to work with highly motivated people. The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaborating with a team.

This job also requires the willingness to assist in our warehouse - picking orders and assisting the warehouse team. We are a close-knit group and we all "wear a lot of hats"! That being said, we are efficient and well-organized.

He or she will be:

• A True Team Player - Friendly, Helpful, and Patient
• An excellent communicator who understands the proper timing and use of e-mail, text, phone, and in-person conversations.
• Great on the Phone, with excellent customer service skills
• Experienced with Creating Customer Orders, Invoicing, and Credits
• Comfortable learning new (user-friendly) software such as Autopart (customer and inventory database), Elite Extra (route management), and Phocas (business information)
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Word
• Good with numbers and basic math concepts
• Proficient in the concepts of Ordering and Receiving Inventory
• Comfortable picking orders in a warehouse
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed to pick orders
• A Fast, Patient Learner
• Comfortable with a small (16,000 sq. foot) warehouse environment
• Reliable and Trustworthy. This can evolve into a key-holding position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
