Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about products
- Promote sales by suggesting complementary products and upselling when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process returns and exchanges
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems
- Strong understanding of basic math for handling transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
- Good phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
