The Therapy Manager will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the therapy clinic including; maintaining appropriate clinical staffing levels by hiring, training and overseeing the clinical work of a multi-disciplinary team of therapists, monitor clinical records while ensuring excellent quality therapy services and documentation, monitor key performance indicators, manage performance statistics established by Clinical Director.
