Preparing meals and snacks for the children daily and assisting in classrooms
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Manage classroom behavior and implement behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Adapt curriculum to meet the needs of children with special needs, including those with autism
```Requirements:```
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or degree in early childhood education preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior management strategies
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the needs of children with special needs
