Responsibilities;
Input and update data in our computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
Verify and correct data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality.
Perform regular data maintenance tasks, such as data cleansing and de-duplication.
Generate reports from databases based on defined criteria.
Identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies.
Assist in creating and maintaining data entry guidelines and procedures.
Requirements;
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred.
Proficient in using computer systems and data entry software.
Excellent typing skills and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with data management concepts and best practices is a plus.
