We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Input Clerk. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our organization by accurately inputting and updating data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities;

  • Input and update data in our computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and correct data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Perform regular data maintenance tasks, such as data cleansing and de-duplication.
  • Generate reports from databases based on defined criteria.
  • Identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining data entry guidelines and procedures.


Requirements;

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and data entry software.
  • Excellent typing skills and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with data management concepts and best practices is a plus.
