Responsibilities
The District Manager is responsible for the overall high-level and day-to-day operational and financial aspects of multiple residential properties with the goal of maximizing the successful operations of the property. These duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Leasing/Marketing of available rentals, including online reputation management
- Resident relations
- Supervision of site staff
- Budgeting & CAPEX assessment and implementation
- Receivables, including collection of delinquent accounts
- Purchase order and invoice processing/approvals
- Vendor and client relations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive property management experience in the Multifamily Industry (ideally in Washington State) is preferred.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service to tenants and clients
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong decision-making, good judgment and problem-solving through understanding of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines
- Must have own vehicle, current driver's license and insurance
- Background check required after acceptance of job offer
