Seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and promote FEE's critical power solutions.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, lead generation, and effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Provide product expertise and technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent FEE and expand our client base.


Requirements


  • Proven track record in inside sales or account management, with experience in the electrical or critical power industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and other business events.
