Position Overview: 

As a Concierge, you help create energy and excitement about the milk honey brand. Whether it’s providing an exceptional experience that fosters wellness or assisting with product knowledge, you will be responsible for elevating the Guest experience. Every day is an opportunity for you to be a part of providing wellness and relaxing. 

Concierge Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service while encompassing milk honey brand standards.

• Greet clients with a warm welcome as soon as they walk through the door, offer a beverage, and personally walk them through the spa salon for their reservation.

• Contribute to established customer satisfaction scores by providing superior and authentic customer service.

• Educate clients on retail items, achieve and maintain a retail to service sales ratio that is appropriate for growth within your location.

Work Hours Compensation: 

• Concierges work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. 

• Compensation ranges from $15-$20 per hour depending on experience.
