Being a house-cleaning expert at Mill Pond Realty Vacation Rentals will give you the unique opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life every day. You will be an essential link in our critical chain of first impressions by ensuring every guest, every family, every wedding party, every birthday and anniversary celebration, is welcomed into a tidy, clean, and well-maintained property. You will set the tone for their entire stay.

With us, you can be your own boss by picking the days and hours you want to work. Your pay can be exceptional or “just enough” – it’s your choice. Because you will be paid by the property.
Compensation:$20 - $26.50 hourly yearly
Responsibilities:The right candidate should be able to perform the following work and physical tasks:
- Sanitize, dust, sweep, mop, vacuum
- Wash and change linens and towels
- Push, pull, and lift at least 25 pounds such as furniture, trash, propane tanks, etc.
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, and reach overhead and below the waist
- Could climb a ladder
- Be on your feet for an extended period of time
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are cleaned to Mill Pond Realty Standard
- Keep property supply room neat and organized.
- Report to the office when supplies are low -
- Detail-oriented and verifies all work, with the ability to recognize flaws or errors you may have overlooked
- Make sure the rental is always left “guest ready”

- Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies
