What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counselor/Psychologist at Cottonwood Elementary School position at Millard Public Schools?
All certificated jobs will be posted for at least one week. Depending on the size of the applicant pool, postings may be extended beyond a week. Building principals may start scheduling interviews before the posting end date, but no jobs will be offered until a job has been posted for one week.
This position provides psychological services to elementary schools and educational programs while also administering the MPS counseling curriculum to students in whole group, small group and individual settings.
The person in this role administers and interprets psychological measures as they evaluate and assist with educational programming for children with educational, behavioral, mental, physical and/or emotional disabilities.
Additionally, he/she consults with all stakeholders and serves as a liaison to outside agencies and community resources. This position also supports grade-level teams and building professional development efforts as needed.
Salary : $37,500 - $47,500
