Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Project Support Analyst in Picatinny, NJ. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.
- Support to Project Management Office and subordinate divisions
- Provide operations support by tracking actions, meeting minutes, weekly and summary reports
- Coordinate, develop and implement PM and subordinate division’s communication goals, objective, and strategies.
- Create, coordinate, facilitate agenda and participation for government, military and industry system evaluations, conferences, offsite and onsite events, and meetings.
- Develop charts, analysis, and other tasks on demand as require for program reviews and meetings
- Compile, organize and provide analysis and report program information
- Track Acquisition Category and Urgent Materiel Release documentation
- Recommend technologies and solutions for organizational efficiency
- Manage content for collateral materials such as program fact sheets, division posters and materials
- Assist with developing award nominations and articles for industry publications/newspapers
- Manage/coordinate/ facilitate industry vendor relationships in support of PM and subordinate divisions projects/tasks/goals
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active secret clearance.
Bachelors Degree 10 -15 years of experience
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
