Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Test Analyst - 100% remote. Qualified candidate must have at minimum, an active Secret Clearance.
- Manages the planning, design, execution and reporting for software tests.
- Willingness and ability to supervise or provide guidance to junior testers.
- Provides administrative support by reviewing business/software requirements
- Provides inputs on requirement gaps, testability, and methodology.
- Provides administrative support by reviewing program documentation and products for quality and adherence to design concepts.
- Assists in preparing milestone status reports and deliveries, presentations on the system concept to colleagues, end user representatives.
- Supports coordination of Cybersecurity T&E IAW DoDI 5000.02 and the DoD Risk Management Framework.
- Prepare and review test plans
- Prepare test cases, test scripts and analyzes test data and ensures traceability to requirements.
- Works with the software development group throughout the development process.
- Supports the software configuration management process and understands all software components and their interface requirements.
- Performs software testing at all levels from module or unit testing through all levels of software integration testing and user acceptance tests (manual / automated).
- Reports defects and tracks defects and their status throughout the defect management process.
- Analyze test results and track software testing metrics.
- Supports the test lead with the creating of test reports.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with 10 or Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience or High School Diploma with 18 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with an Agile working environment
Familiarity with DevSecOps
Knowledge on test automation framework (i.e. Selenium, Appium…etc.)
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
