What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Miller Transportation Group?

Miller Transportation Group is looking for a Contract Administrator to support the sales team at our headquarters office in Lumberton, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position with career development and training opportunities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Purchase order log maintenance
  • Work with vendors to place orders and pay for equipment
  • Maintain vendor contracts
  • Act as an administrator to support the Sales team with orders
  • Maintain proper and electronic filing systems
  • Complete DMV liens and bank financing paperwork

You Have:

  • Ability to effectively communicate across departments
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
  • High school diploma minimum, some college preferred
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
