Miller Transportation Group is looking for a Contract Administrator to support the sales team at our headquarters office in Lumberton, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position with career development and training opportunities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchase order log maintenance
- Work with vendors to place orders and pay for equipment
- Maintain vendor contracts
- Act as an administrator to support the Sales team with orders
- Maintain proper and electronic filing systems
- Complete DMV liens and bank financing paperwork
You Have:
- Ability to effectively communicate across departments
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- High school diploma minimum, some college preferred
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
