Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a crew in various landscaping projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of landscape maintenance and construction.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in daily tasks, and be self motivated to work alone.
- Plan and execute landscaping projects
- Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of landscapes
- Oversee the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Experience:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems
- Previous experience in supervising a team or leading a crew
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
