Job Summary/Basic Function
MUSE Summer Research Fellows will complete a faculty-mentored research project during a 10-week independent study during Summer.
Required Qualifications
MUSE Summer Research Fellows must be selected for funding by a faculty committee following submission of a complete application prior to the application deadline. Additionally, Fellows must met the following criteria:
- Be eligible to work in the United States and have a valid Social Security card
- Successfully complete all background clearances
- Have completed at least 33 credit hours of college coursework, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0, and have completed at least 4 courses within the major with a minimum GPA 3.0.
- Have a research mentor who is a full-time MU faculty member
- Register for 6 or more credits during the fall semester following the summer research program
