Job Posting for Manager, Financial Analysis & Planning at Million Dollar Round Table
The Million Dollar Round Table is seeking a Manager, Financial Analysis & Planning to join our Finance team. This position will be directly responsible for MDRT's internal financial reporting, developing financial analysis including monthly and quarterly management discussion and analysis, as well as management of the yearly operating budget and periodic reforecast process. Additional responsibilities include optimizing use and operation of software applications integrated with the NetSuite accounting software.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing and presenting accurate and timely monthly financial reports including balance sheet, P&L, budget vs actual, and projected cash flow, developing and maintaining operating budget, strategic initiatives budgets, family of brands budgets and intercompany budgets, communicating, engaging, and interacting with the Finance Committee and senior leadership teams for all entities, evaluating and advising on the impact of long-term plans of new programs and strategies while interpreting regulatory actions as they impact the financial resources of the organization, particularly mainland China and the Asia Pacific region, communicating with Shanghai and Singapore teams on requirements, policies and deadlines while providing support when these teams have questions.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, CPA helpful, 6-10 years' minimum experience in a finance leadership function, experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise accounting system and integrated budget and reporting software tools, such as Adaptive, is highly preferred, MS Office Suite and Outlook skills required. Expert level Excel skillset highly preferred, 2 years or more supervisory experience preferred. Candidates with higher levels of skills and experience may be considered for a Director level position.
