Your Role:
The Shipping Coordinator 2 at MilliporeSigma will complete the following tasks on a daily basis:
- Process inbound and outbound materials
- Receive inbound material into stock and identify where the material is to be staged on the site
- Prep shipping documents to be sent to customers
- Contact carriers to set pick-up times
- Coordinate with drivers to identify which materials are assigned to each driver
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of fulfillment, customer service, or warehousing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Communicate with all levels of staff in a professional manner, oral and written
- Ability to work quickly and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Operate PCs, scanners, printers, and shipping equipment
- Ability to read, hear, speak and understand English language
- Ability to work in a group setting
- Ability to operate PCs, scanners, printers, shipping equipment (meters, tape machines, etc) and various cutting instruments
- Detail oriented
Days/hours - M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
