Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Must know how to use Word
• Must know how to use Mac Computer
• Requires High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to utilize an electronic record system for schedule and posting notes efficiently
• Makes calls to established customers and sells our maintenance plan to appropriate membership
• Provides administrative support to advisors and other employees
• Scans documents as needed
• Enters customer data and updates changes in Service Titan database
• Assists clients by providing information; responding to inquiries; resolving problems
• Assists with client appreciation events, seminars, etc.
• Changes outgoing message on the phone system as needed for holidays
• Improves quality results by evaluating processes; recommending changes
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Performs any other duties assigned by manager
• Must be a team player and dependable
• Excellent organizational skills, including planning and prioritizing
• Working knowledge of computers and programs
• Proactive attitude; Dependable; Quality Focused
• Demonstrate an exemplary level of customer service skills and provide a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

• Broken Arrow, OK 74014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
