Job Description: Assistant Manager Web Content 1 – 2 years of experience Description: Through the Agile Scrum process, you will manage your sprint tasks and ensure commercialization for New Product Development (NPD) is completed, reviewed, and published successfully on time to all web properties. You will support other business initiatives and campaigns that drive consistent traffic and engagement to our web entities. You will work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure media assets and/or copy fit component specifications. You will work closely with the software engineering and digital platform analyst teams to ensure component templates align with data and content requirements on all Sitecore sites. You will manage and maintain the Sitecore CMS platform, Empirelevel.com, Stilleto.com, and other web properties own by the department. As part of the greater e-Business – IT team, you will be responsible for work done for company web products and digital merchandising solutions to deliver the best quality for every release and feature you are a part of. Proactive to ask questions and be candid Encompass a ‘ONE-TEAM’ mentality Proficient in Sitecore Experience Manager Basic knowledge of with HTML, Javascript, CSS, PHP, Powershell and SQL Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing teams, designers, developers, and business partners, to understand content requirements and goals. Execute content strategies aligned with the company's digital marketing objectives. Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across multiple digital channels, including websites, landing pages, blogs, and social media platforms. Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of content within digital properties. Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Conduct training sessions and provide support to content authors, editors, and other CMS users. Document CMS processes, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate efficient content management. Agile Scrum development Driving success through understanding and communication with UI designers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders Drive the team’s success by embracing cultural beliefs and encouraging the team to always improve.
