Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, the primary role is to maintain and develop Sales reports used by the business to drive sales strategies. The successful candidate will display depth and breadth of knowledge of report development and data manipulation techniques to improve internal datasets and associated reporting. This role will build long term, trusted relationships to develop and implement data and reporting structures to align with business objectives. This role requires a high-performing individual who can display depth and breadth of knowledge of data manipulation and excellent analytical skills and can effectively communicate information across multiple projects. Duties and Responsibilities Understand and navigate complex data sets and processes used to develop and architect reporting Maintain a suite of standard sales management reports Identify opportunities to rationalize and optimize datasets as well as provide and implement recommendations Develop the Next Generation of 360-degree view sales reports and dashboards that provide the best experience of a unified view of all customer touchpoints Research and partner with internal Data and Analytics teams to identify and implement new technologies such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Work with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand requirements, business use cases and develop actionable and measurable results Recommend process improvement efforts and create solutions to optimize collaboration, information sharing and improve sales productivity Ensure report and dashboard integrity by developing and maintaining data quality management solutions Education and Experience Requirements College degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or another business-related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) a must Experience in Microsoft Power BI a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface within the Milwaukee sales organization and corporate environment Solid customer orientation and ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization Good organizational skills to manage and balance multiple priorities and workflow Ability to take or give direction and execute work independently or in a team setting Ability to travel 5% of time
