Summary:
The Print Solutions Specialist provides print solutions support to the team to help the development of sales and contribute to a positive pre and after sales experience for prospects and existing customers.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with customer demonstrations as well as producing samples and trade show support.
- Conduct product demonstrations, document solutions and workflows, and provide training in the demo room at customer locations and during road shows.
- Create, refine and produce printed samples to highlight product capabilities.
- Produce stock samples for Sales/Marketing kits for tradeshows, open house events and dealers.
- Complete required maintenance of the print machines as scheduled.
- Maintain local demo rooms and ensure an overall quality presentation.
- Order inks, media or other inventory and arrange for disposal of such on a regular basis.
- Perform other related duties in support of the organization’s goals as needed.
- Experience with Mimaki equipment and software are a plus.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% including weekends.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree and/or a minimum of 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Up to 50% travel including after hours and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign; other industry software.
- Preferred knowledge of CorelDraw, Color Correction, Calabara, Flexi and/or Onyx.
