Mimis Cafe is looking for a Busser who can work well in a fast-paced environment and keep up with things during our busiest times of the day. The Busser will be responsible for clearing tables, dish wash, as soon as guests leave the restaurant, keep cleanliness of dining rooms, restrooms, parking lot ,and floors. They must be able to work at a fast pace to make sure that there are always clean plates and flatware for each table. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks.
