Mind & Mobility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in the Boca Raton area. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide both in-person and telehealth mental health services to our clients, ensuring they receive the support they need when and where they need it.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Assessment and Evaluation:** Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, including history, presenting issues, and treatment goals.

2. **Individualized Treatment:** Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

3. **Therapeutic Counseling:** Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

4. **Crisis Intervention:** Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in times of acute distress.

5. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

6. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

7. **Telehealth Services:** Conduct telehealth visits when appropriate, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.

8. **Client Advocacy:** Advocate for clients' needs and rights, providing resources and referrals as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

• Valid LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.
• Experience in mental health assessment and treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
