Mind and Mobility Home Care Centers, a premier home health and outpatient therapy provider in South Florida, is looking for an experienced, dependable scheduling coordinator to work in our Boca location. This is a 40 hour position.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Hours: 8:30-4:30PM
Requirements
1 years working in an outpatient therapy office or home health agency
1 year experience verifying Medicare/insurance benefits
Experience utilizing an Electronic Medical Records system
Proficiency with Microsoft office
Proficient computer skills

- Cheerfully greeting clients when they arrive to the clinic
- Answering phones
- Communicating with staff including therapists and care coordinators to ensure quality care for the clients
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Collecting copays from patients
- Scanning documents into the EMR system
- Collecting patient’s intake information and verifying insurance benefits
