The role of the Sr. Business Development Analyst is to supply Mind Gym's Client Sales Team, with leading analytics and actionable information sets, supporting and influencing the selling of intellectual products to F1000 and FTSE 500 companies globally
Day-to-day you will:
- Serve as a key member of the Global Sales Operations Leadership Team, with a focus on turning data into actionable insights and providing support for strategic initiatives
- Design, build, implement and maintain dashboards and reporting/information in Salesforce, PowerBI and similar systems
- Build graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data and measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Partner with IT to ensure data sets are accurate and systems are effective and efficient
- Provide actionable data sets, on topics such as Win/Loss information,external market/vertical correlation with internal structures, coverage modelling and territory design support
- Weekly/Monthly/Periodic forecasting and management information
- Support Sales Operations leadership in continuously evolving the commercial strategy and alignment of capabilities
- Frequently represent Sales Operations in senior stakeholder meetings and active sessions
- Provide support & direction to the Sales Team and Sales Operations team on all data queries and act as a point of reference for day-to-day information request
- Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, prioritizing when necessary.
- Support cross-functional teams and projects by providing data driven insights.
About You
- High sense of urgency and willingness to flex to meet the needs of the business
- Significant experience in a highly analytical and numerate environment
- Goal-and action-orientated, with ability and desire to work towards KPI's and continuous improvement
- Prior experience in new business and/or sales operations preferable, ideally you will have had experience within highly analytical functional support
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong prioritisation skills, able to manage a busy schedule and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
- Advanced skills in Salesforce, PowerBI, Netsuite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Understanding of tools similar to ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Sales Nav, etc.
