Mindcolor Autism is growing in Colorado and we are looking for a Center Director / Lead BCBA to join us at our South Centennial location! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization and become an integral team member -- with a strong support team in administrative functions.

Role:
We are looking for a Center Director to join our growing team in South Centennial. This role is an opportunity for someone to be an integral part of the foundational culture, strategy, and vision of our team. The person will oversee day-to-day center operations and participate in all aspects of the clinical operations, including client onboarding, programming and training. This person will not have a dedicated caseload but is expected to spend a considerable amount of time on the floor supporting our team of BCBAs and RBTs

Job Duties:
Lead day-to-day center operations, including client onboarding, staff training and scheduling
Lead, supervise, and train a team of BCBAs, RBTs and student analysts
Perform clinical audits and procedural integrity checks
Lead performance review and deliver constructive feedback to all team members
Manage clinic-wide and individual KPIs, such as cancellations and utilization metrics
Work alongside company leadership to implement new initiatives
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Must have prior experience leading an ABA center
