Job Title: Biologics Formulation Development Specialist
Location: Lexington MA 02421
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Top Must Have's:
- Protein pre-formulation and formulation experience
- Protein analysis experience (including HPLC, CE, spectroscopic methods, etc.)
- Self-motivated, well-organized and a good team player.
Primary Responsibilities
- This individual will be involved in developing liquid and lyophilized formulations for protein based therapeutics.
- This person will perform pre-formulation screening studies and drug product stability studies.
- This individual will be responsible for analysis of stability samples (e.g., HPLC, CE, spectroscopic methods, etc.), data analysis and interpretation.
- This individual will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment (e.g., HPLC).
Education & Experience Requirements
B.S./M.S. in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related discipline with 1-3 years of industry experience in pre-formulation assessments, drug delivery or biologics formulation development.
