What are the responsibilities and job description for the Freight Claims Analyst position at Mindlance?
Job Details
At least 1-year relevant experience required. Responsible for freight claims investigations and improvements.
Experience in building, managing, and updating automated freight claims systems is a plus.
Required to write, implement, and communicate new claims SOP which will impact large scale business units.
Responsible for managing exceptions and creating follow-up with transportation providers.
Experience managing relationships with carriers, especially with UPS, is required. Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing visibility tools and dashboards is required.
Expected to produce large scale improvements on return of claims checks and identifying future opportunities within carrier contracts.
INTAKE NOTES:
Experience with claims processing. Specifically experience with processing parcel claims with UPS would be a bonus.
Will mainly be supporting the transportation team, but will also work with other supply chain teams, retail teams, and consumer groups.
MUST BE onsite - two of the people they will work with on a daily basis are in Bellevue.
Extension possible - only 1 candidate will be moved to a full-time position. However, both will have the opportunity.
