Job Description:
Project Overview: The ITSGP team is responsible for providing, supporting, and managing the office printing service at the HQ. The current printer fleet installed and used at the Washington campus consists of approximately 600 multi-function devices (MFDs) and 100 single-function devices (SFDs). These devices are owned, provided, and supported by a Vendor as part of the Managed Print Service. From October 2024 to May 2025, Client and the Vendor plan to replace the entire printer fleet at HQ with new devices. The new printer fleet will have a similar number of devices.
Required work program: The deployment activities will be scheduled exclusively on business days, adhering to the holidays and free days observed by Client. Working hours may vary based on the project schedule and will include some shifts after 5:00 pm (2 or 3 days a week).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Project Manager and Vendor with daily deployment planning and preparation.
2. Coordinate with the Vendor to ensure new devices are delivered and properly installed.
3. Oversee the removal of old printers from each floor/building in coordination with the Vendor.
4. After completing deployment on a floor, verify that all new devices are installed and operational, and that old devices have been removed and collected by the Vendor. Send a deployment completion report to the team.
5. Check and confirm the accuracy of inventory updates (addition of the new devices and removal of the old ones).
6. Participate in the evaluation of each phase of deployment.
Specific responsibilities:
Meet daily with the Project Manager to receive direction and collaborate.
Gather all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
Check and prepare each floor for deployment of new devices in all buildings of the client Headquarters campus.
Assist the project team with tracking all work, tasks, and project assignments.
Provide inputs to the Project Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process.
Monitor and update project schedule under the coordination of the Project Manager.
Maintain document control, track project activities and team communication.
Schedule projects follow up meetings as needed.
Work closely with ITS Global Print, Vendor, ITs (Tech Solutions), NOC IT, and Global Support Service.
Develop for the printer deployment.
Develop and review project status reports.
Ensure completion of current and future state floor mapping with the Vendor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Good knowledge about Managed Print Service and MFDs
Familiarity with networking devices, protocols (TCP/IP), WI-FI, high-speed broadband, and corresponding access-related problems.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting (ports, IPs, protocols) and ability to escalate and coordinate with the network team.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently or in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good knowledge of the entire HQ campus.
Focus on critical thinking to conduct efficient Root Cause Analysis.

Role Specific Experience:
2 years of experience with computer/printer systems.
2 years of experience in a technology environment similar to client.
Experience with computer hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with resolving common problems in computer hardware, printers, and network communications.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, electronics & communication engineering or relevant field would be a plus.
IT certifications are not required but would be a plus.
Additional Requirements:
This position requires a vendor-owned and managed mobile phone. All device costs will be borne by the vendor.
