What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote IVR Tester position at Mindlance?
Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in testing products for client facing applications.
- Prefer 2 years in contact center space.
- Experience with Agile methods and process.
- Strong relationship and communication skills.
- A “can do” attitude that leans towards action and the ability to overcome obstacles and successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously, at times under extremely tight deadlines with minimal direction.
- Possess a fine attention to detail and a disciplined approach to developing applications.
- Previous experience with NICE In Contact platform a plus.
