Job Summary:

Team is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to lead complex, global enterprise initiatives through process improvement, design & solution implementation. Applying a blend of technical expertise, business analysis, and design thinking, you will interact directly with Dev, QA, UAT technical and technology teams to define, build and roll-out sustainable solutions.

Key Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Go and Node.js, with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems and frameworks (e.g., Gin, Echo, Express, Nest.js).

Experience on frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.

Solid experience in designing and building scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.

Proficient in database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing methodologies, and code review processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Description:

Design and develop robust and scalable backend systems using Go and Node.js.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Build RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend applications and third-party integrations.

Optimize application performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of the backend systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or identified through monitoring and logging systems.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage the backend infrastructure using containerization and orchestration technologies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Education:

BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
