- Day-to-Day – Practice model is typically Monday-Friday seeing an average of 6 patients per day

Responsibilities
- Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath
- Supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state
- Identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment
- Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience
- Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD.
Qualifications
- Current State License
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills – timely notes and documentation
