Job Brief
Mindtickle is looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of Mindtickle’s Revenue Productivity platform. You will work with revenue leaders across industries and internal teams to bring to fruition a platform that surfaces critical execution insights that inform GTM decision-making frameworks for top brands across the globe. You'll partner closely with our R&D teams to deliver capabilities and with our go-to-market teams to promote the product.
\n- Own an application that aggregates the absolute power of all of Mindtickle’s offerings.
- Engage with users to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
- Understand Product & GTM strategy, market direction, competitive landscape, and customer need to build the Product Roadmap.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams and Services teams to maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, program management, and QA closely to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the products.
- 8 years of work experience as a Product Manager with 4 years in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales personas, sales processes and sales technology stack (CRM & surrounding ecosystem).
- Experience building analytics products and data platforms preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate uncertainty and ambiguity into clear, crisp plans.
- Ability to effortlessly communicate with a global audience.
