Job Duties:
As a Part-Time Shift Lead, your job responsibilities include the following:
- Assisting store managers in supervising sales associates and achieving sales goals;
- Assisting store manager in operational duties, such as preparing schedules for the store each week, purchasing and supplying inventory;
- Training store staff and setting examples to meet both customer expectations and store standards;
- Acquiring knowledge about MINISO products and educating peers and associates;
- Promoting sales and special offers to achieve sales targets;
- Accurately handling all cash and credit transactions, including purchases, exchanges, and returns, in compliance with the company’s standard procedures;
- Counting cash drawer and receipts at the end of each day, resolving any discrepancies;
- Maintaining knowledge of current visual guidelines and implementing them when needed;
- Greeting and engaging with customers to provide assistance based on their needs;
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing unsatisfactory shopping experiences;
- Remaining on the sales floor to encourage sales growth and foster a welcoming working environment;
- Assisting with the maintenance of the store area and organizing retail displays;
- Handling shipments, organizing and supervising restocking of merchandise;
- Traveling to other MINISO stores as needed;
- Performing other duties as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience: You must be over 18 YEARS OF AGE and possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also have a minimum 1 year of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift lead, preferably in retail industry. Previous experience in cash handling, customer service or retail management is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business; Ability to work in a team and independently.

- Ability to work in different areas of a retail store;
- Ability to review, revise, create retail paperwork;
- Ability to operate computer system to prepare documents, enter data, generate and review reports from online databases or email system.
Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, speaking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. You may also occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders and lifting up to 25-30 lbs.
