MINISO USA is currently seeking enthusiastic Shift Leaders to join our team! The Shift Leader will be able to perform all duties like help to open/close the store, supervise employees and drive the business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execute the customer service environment and excellent service
- Answer customers' questions about products and give suggestions as necessary
- Train staff on product knowledge
- Maintain sales floor presentations, including restocking products as needed
- Assist in the maintenance of visual merchandising and retail displays
- Accurately handle all cash and credit transactions, including purchases, returns, using standard cash handling procedures
- Audit cash drawer and cash receipts, while resolving any discrepancies that may arise
- Assist in the opening and closing of the retail store location
- Aid Store Manager in supervising and training retail associates
- Maintain a professional attitude with customers
- Contribute to the overall sales goals of the store
- Stock and organize new products as shipments arrive to the store
- Communicate effectively with staff (including Store Manager, District Manager)
- Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- Previous cash handling experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
- Possess strong mathematical skills to be able to count money accurately and precisely
- Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays
- Open availability preferred, available to work a minimum of 40 hours/week

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
