Job Posting for Student - Meter Painter at Minnesota Energy Resources Corporation
Minnesota Energy Resources is recruiting for Student Meter Painters (Student Worker) in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. These are full-time summer positions beginning in May or June.The typical hours for this position are 8 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Starting Pay: $17.85
Summer students provide general assistance and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by various departments in the corporate and district offices, service center, warehouse, and surrounding locations.
- Prepare surfaces for painting
- Perform painting (primarily meter sets), cleaning, and housekeeping duties
- Load, unload, and store material
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as minor repairs, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Enter data and operate computers
- File documents
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, HSED, or GED
- Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Degree
- A valid driver's license
- This position requires you to use your personal vehicle to travel to various work sites throughout the day
