The Supply Chain Manager leads procurement efforts for the regional enterprise and is responsible for all spending. Will lead centralized direct and indirect sourcing and procurement efforts. This includes working with internal stakeholders from initial need identification to final goods or service delivery to meet stakeholder needs.
Will work with stakeholders in demand management, supply analysis/strategy, supplier identification, sourcing execution, contract negotiation, delivery planning and monitoring, purchase execution, and then ongoing performance management and improvement.
The Supply Chain Manager will accomplish these tasks through a team of sourcing and procurement professionals, local and remote, who will work for and with the various plants and suppliers selected to meet their needs.
Will work closely with the leadership to ensure that procurement is aligned with the strategic needs of the business.

Experience
At least 10-15 years of supply management experience, operational management experience, in a global manufacturing company. Strong leadership and organizational design experience is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, economics, finance, operations, engineering or a related area.
Certifications
Industry recognized certification such as the CPSM from the Institute for Supply Management or a near equivalent from firms such as the American Purchasing Society, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute, The International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management and others are strongly preferred.
