Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Minnesota WellCare is looking for an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join its team. Will see clients both in-person at our clinic in Lakeville, and via telehealth. This position is primarily in-person, although opportunity for hybrid work as need allows. Looking for a compassionate provider who is attentive, empathetic, driven, and passionate. Minnesota WellCare is a small clinic which allows us greater flexibility to provide the care we want to provide. If you have specific interests, that is great! Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred)
• Experience working in outpatient setting preferred
• Ability to work 20-40 client hours’ week
• Ability to work with clients of various backgrounds
• Proficient with Office 365 and electronic health records (EHRs)

Responsibilities:

• Perform outpatient psychiatric assessments, create treatments plans that align with your clients’ goals, perform follow-up visits and complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend and participate in clinic staff meetings.
• Keep up with continuous medication education requirements for your license. Employees receive CME allowance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
