Child Care Specialists will be responsible for assisting Program Supervisors in planning and implementing programs and will work closely with individual students to ensure optimal learning.
Job responsibilities include : Provide personalized support to students with additional needs during extracurricular and educational activities, fostering their social and academic growth Develop and implement creative strategies to promote inclusive play and accommodate diverse needs within group activities Work collaboratively with the Supervisor and district staff to ensure the safety and success of all children Establish positive relationships with students, parents / guardians, building staff, and school district staff Pay & Schedule : Afternoon shifts are available beginning at 1 : 30 or 2 : 00pm running until 5 : 00 or 6 : 00pm Starts from $19.
