Pastry Team Member
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pastry Team Member to contribute to our mass bakery production. This role requires a positive attitude, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process baked goods, gummies, and snacks, using both scratch and mass production techniques
- Consistently produce high-quality baked goods in large quantities
- Meet daily labor and waste goals as directed by management
- Maintain exceptional standards for product specifications and quality
- Monitor all stages of production to ensure proper weights, baking, decorating, cooling timelines, packaging, and labeling
- Follow modern and traditional baking recipes with precision and consistency
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Assist management in daily facility operations
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Minimum of 1 year of bakery production experience
- Must be 21 years or older, per A.R.S
- 36-2801.10
- Consent to and pass a criminal background check per A.R.S
- 36-2804.01
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent (education and experience may be substituted)
- Proficient in baking techniques and recipe execution
- Experience with large-volume production
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation principles, and nutritional standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
