REQUIREMENTS:
· 1 years of dental admin experience or bookkeeping/accounting services
· Well-organized and high attention to detail
· High Follow Through, Flexible and Adaptable
· Exceptional understanding of the revenue cycle process
· Exceptional human relation skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with interruptions
· Ability to maintain professional demeanor and tactfully resolve conflicts
· Knowledgeable about insurance benefits, collection laws, and regulations
· Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory laws
· Proficient in math
· Efficient time-management and prioritization of tasks
· Self Starter and self managed
RESPONSIBILITES: The following requirements would be for 4 separate locations working remotely from a centralized location.
· Working effectively within dental practice management software systems
· Interpreting and processing EOBs to post insurance payments
· Contacting insurance companies & following-up on claims
· Communicating with patients & diligently following-up on patient needs
· Reducing outstanding accounts receivable (A/R)
· Responsible for the accurate and timely filing of insurance claims with governmental and third party payers; ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and electronic filing is used whenever possible.
· Collaborative oversight with Clinical Departments and Quality Management - including billing concerns, front desk procedures, charge entry staff edits, batches in review, and suggestions for adjusting coding to meet compliance requirements - working jointly to find optimal resolutions and best practices for our patients.
