MINT MOBILE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

We’re looking for a rock-star Creative Project Intern to join our dynamic and amazing creative account management team within our in-house, creative services agency. This exciting opportunity is a paid internship for 30-40 hours per week, working with both the Ultra and Mint Mobile brands.

This exciting opportunity is a paid Summer internship for approximately 3 months. (June - September)

Must be local in Southern California: Orange County, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, North San Diego, commutable to Costa Mesa, CA HQ office as needed.

WHAT YOU CAN GAIN

  • Hands-on experience with multiple brands that are retail and digitally focused.
  • Inside view of how a multi-disciplined in-house creative agency operates – working alongside Copywriting, Digital, Print, Web and Animation teams.
  • Exposure to our cross-functional departments - Creative, Brand, Ecommerce, Digital Media, Social Media, Content, Channel, Product, Operations, and Sales.

YOU'LL GET TO DO

  • Project assistance: including the tracking of progress, timeline and execution. Serving as a liaison between the Brand and Creative teams.
  • Develop and perfect the ability to understand client expectations/ timelines and how it translates to our internal process.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming, marketing briefs and asset reviews.
  • Maintain monthly project reporting.
  • Research, source and coordinate RAD branded swag for our company store.

MUST HAVES

  • A current undergraduate or recent graduate with a BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Facilitation skills.
