MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented FP&A Sr. Analyst to join the Finance in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. Role is hybrid.
This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The FP&A Senior Analyst will be joining our Strategy & Analysis Department, reporting to our Director of FP&A. In Ultra’s world of Finance, this position will be managing a variety of accounting related tasks.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
- Supporting with monthly financial reporting package including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reporting.
- Contributing to budget and forecast process, working with budget models in excel.
- Preparing monthly actual verses plan variance analysis and sharing results with business leads.
- Contributing to planning & reporting automation project. Building financial reports in planning tool.
- Building new forecast & planning models.
- Managing capital expenditure & software reporting.
- Ad hoc analysis.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
- Advanced Excel skills, can work with large data sets, create automation and graphic reporting.
- Experience with planning software tools such as Vena Solutions, Hyperion, Adaptive.
- Must be detailed and accurate with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with large scale ERP software preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
- High-aptitude and proven ability to drive assigned responsibilities to their successful conclusion with minimal supervision.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
