MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented QA Engineer to join the Product & PMO Team in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to QA Manager. Role is hybrid.
This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As QA Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance of all products, services, apps, and websites for Ultra Mobile and Mint Mobile. In addition the selected candidate will also be responsible for supporting the Sprint testing for various lanes/products.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
- Work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and project managers for test planning, test case development, and execution of the test plan/test case.
- Work with development teams on Sprint planning and test requirements as part of the Sprint.
- Perform regression testing on existing products and services including apps and websites.
- Evaluate test results, bug triage, and generate measures to ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Create Automation Testing scenarios for various applications/products.
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least QA I (0-1 year) / QA II (2-4 years) / QA III (3-7 years) years of testing experience with a full understanding of SDLC processes.
- Ability to work closely with product managers and development teams including BI, E-Comm and apps teams to distill requirements into scenarios that can be verified and tested.
- Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Working experience with Agile and Scrum, and Atlassian products including JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with Databases, iOS/Android, Automation and API Testing.
- Experience creating Automation Test Script.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
