As a Real Estate ISA Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners to identify potential opportunities for them to sell their homes and for potential buyers looking to make a purchase in LA/OC/RV counties. You will play a crucial role in building connections, gathering information, and ultimately build a real estate business you can thrive in.

- This position is commission-based, offering a competitive commission for each successful deal closed. The more motivated and successful you are, the more you can earn!
- You will be trained by experienced agents with 20 years’ experience. You will learn to hunt for business and will be taught step by step on how to close the deal.
- Client events and raffles throughout the year set-up for your clients and sphere of influence, you look like the hero inviting them!
- You will have direct access to the broker/team leader and his wealth of knowledge in Flips, New Construction, Investor 1031 Exchanges, DST transactions, simultaneous sale and purchase, contract terms, marketing, and much more.
- You will be part of a seasoned team and thus will enable you to elevate your knowledge and insights that would have taken you years to learn on your own.
- Training will be provided.
