Description
POWERBOSS is seeking to fill a position in our Customer Service Technical Support department.
Job Duties/Responsibilities to include:
Phone support for incoming technical calls for our PowerBoss product line, trouble shoot equipment problems with field technicians.
- Will also cross-train on our Minuteman product line
- Answering emails from customers
Warranty Administration for Minuteman product
- Claim evaluation, modification communication
- Communication of warranty questions on field units (coverage and eligibility)
- Evaluation of warranty parts when called in for inspection
Communication and recording of negative trends, zero hour and serial issues
- Communication to production supervisor / V.P. of Manufacturing
- Recording data in SAP for zero hour and serial issues
Reporting of quality issues
- Bi-monthly meeting with production / sales
Technical support training seminars for Minuteman equipment
- 2 seminars annually
Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Customer Care Manager / President, CEO
Requirements
Hours: 8 - 5 p.m.
